ART Partners

A couple weeks ago, Brynn came into town because her sister had a baby!  The girls were sick and I didn't want to risk getting baby Eli sick, so we met up for a girls night out at the local ART Partners art auction.  It helps to raise money for the ARC.  The ARC is an organization that offers art and music therapy for adults and children with mental and physical disabilities.  My Mamaw, who's an artist, along with other local artists help the ARC artists create masterpieces to be auctioned.

 It is such a small world!  This lady made a lasting impression when I had the opportunity to meet her a couple of years ago.  Her name is Claudia and I took care of her a few weeks when she was in the hospital having complications with one of her pregnancies.  She was so sweet and a joy even though she was stuck in the hospital.  I enjoyed taking care of her.  All turned out well and she just delivered her 6th baby.  She is with the organization that helps put theses events on and helped Mamaw and the rest of the committee make the auction a success.
